We are a daycare facility, and this company was fully aware that our door must be secure at all times for the safety of children. We hired them to fix an initial issue with the door. Not only did they fail to fix that original problem, but after they worked on it, the situation became worse. They manipulated the door closer, and now the door does not lock properly at all.
