I had to relocate from Georgia to Tennessee. Moving is always stressful, but Nicole from Glass City Movers was fantastic from start to finish. Nicole was honest, knowledge and patient. She walked me through the entire process and responded to all of my questions almost immediately! I had a very specific timeframe for the move and she made sure to accommodate my needs. Mario and Devin were excellent! They were punctual and took time to wrap each furniture piece with care. I'm a happy customer as of now. Will see if the delivery guys are as good as the pickup guys. PLEASE don't rush to write a review based on the pick up. I highly suggest writing after it's been delivered to the destination. There is only one person who has answers for all your queries for a company that is as old as 20 years. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone. Should had follow my first mind and went with MVM will next time. Communication with this company is so off . I’m not seeing how they are still in business. You don’t find out about anything until the guys arrive. That’s where the problem comes along. If you don’t pay attention they will try to over charge you. How do a move cost $960 flat rate 4 guys (didn’t need all of them) ( but the guys was wonderful) when all they had to do was unload the truck which will take about 1 1/2 ... read more
