I have a similar experience like Jo who posted before me. I worked hard for this company spending my time and money for the trains to get there. She never paid me for 2 weeks and obviously stopped answering the phone. The owner of the company takes advantage of the foreigners. Beware of her.

Beware if you are ever going with their services, it’s folks like myself whom are foreign and relies on the work to get by, but I was never paid for my work and also the so call trial shift. Instead, the owner turn it around and claim I needed to submit a time sheet of the hours I’ve worked and the places I have been, which is absolute ludicrous, nothing was brief or explained before and during my work about me having to record the hours in order to submit a time sheet. The Helping Hands cleaning team are reliable, friendly and always do a brilliant job. It’s easy to tell that they take pride in their work and their attention to detail, getting into all the nooks and crannies, as they say, is impressive. Would highly recommend.

we’ve been really happy with how the cleans have gone so far. We have had 3-4 cleans now and have been really impressed by the level of work. The team are punctual, attentive to detail and very good at staying in touch. They have also been flexible and will only clean areas we ask and come as often as we need.
