They have done EVERYTHING to help me get my business going. I had another "tax company" saying they would do my taxes and file my sales tax for me. Well that company never did, and left me in the dark and almost in a lot of trouble. Glaser Duncan immediately got all my paperwork filed and even went to the DOR to talk to the them about getting everything straighten out. Hired Chris Duncan to prepare my taxes in 2012. I was filing individually for the first time after 22 years of marriage, so I was feeling particularly vulnerable. He did the paperwork, but failed to file my state and federal taxes. Additionally, he did not submit my payment to the IRS for four months (after the filing deadline) and failed to notify me after the error was discovered.
