Bought a dance bag as a pre-order in February of last year. Bag did not ship until 3/2025. The bag was used for 2 competitions last season. First competition of the season the zipper on the bag will not move. My daughter’s costumes were stuck inside. I videoed the incident and sent it to Glam R Gear just to be told that they have never seen a zipper just not work and it’s been a year since I ordered and they will offer a complimentary $150 off a new bag. We love our Glam’r Gear, only regret is not getting it sooner. It has made transporting dance costumes and accessories a breeze. We have the standard size and it has been spacious enough for 6 costumes and accessories. We have the sky blue upholstery and it’s just gorgeous. Everywhere we take it someone stops to ask about it. I did purchase the cover to help keep it clean, but don’t always use it and the bag still looks good at the end of the dance season. Great company, great products and great customer service. These bags are stylish yet extremely functional and versatile. Zippers and closures are very high quality. All stitching, fabrics/vinyl and other materials are durable and high quality. Customer service is exceptional, they went above and beyond to ensure my order was expedited.
