Well, what a difference since the new owners took over Sara who is actually the owner help me find the perfect dress for an event, and has lots of patience and let me try on several gowns before I made the right decision
THIS WAS DISAPPOINTING! This was a prejudice experience, I never thought this would happen. In efforts to come in and find a prom dress I experienced a prejudice concerning customer service. I was the only customer at the time and I requested a dressing room I was asked to wait a moment but that simply turned in an extreme amount of time, after a worker brought it to her attention that I had been waiting for to long the owner proceeded to “say oh she’ll be fine” this was truly disappointing.
We have had the hardest time finding a “plus sized” prom dresses for a normal sized, athletic girl! The previous day, we went to 9 stores and only found 3 dresses to try on, that she would even consider wearing. Today, we stopped in Glamour Gowns expecting maybe more of the same but it ended up being the best shopping experience we’ve ever had! The ladies were so helpful and personable.
