I am compelled to share my distressing to this store. On August 25, I placed a deposit to reserve a dress, expecting a standard shopping experience. However, upon returning for the dress, I faced unwarranted hostility. Sales Associate Noel presented me with the mannequin dress, insisting I purchase it exactly as is or forfeit my deposit. Thank you to Glamour and Formal wear for helping me pick out my wedding dress! The experience was everything! Along with my dress coming in such a timely manner! Got told a date I believe the end of June and it came about a week or 2 earlier! I was soooooooo happy! They took there time to hear my vision, gave me suggestions, and make me feel so comfortable.
