One star is far more than this experience deserves. I had a very disappointing experience with Nawal, Evan, and Jessica. The customer service was extremely unprofessional, especially Jessica's behavior. She was disrespectful, raised her voice at us, and even threatened to call the police, claiming we were causing a disturbance when we had simply come to ask for an update on a custom dress that was supposed to be ready in a month before our occasion. Terrible customer service. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and spoke to customers in an unacceptable manner. Delays, poor communication, and issues with deposits made the experience even worse. I will not be returning
I paid a $1,000 deposit for my custom wedding dress in August 2025 and trusted this store with one of the most important parts of my wedding. From the beginning, I clearly explained what I wanted and specifically said I did not want lace. I was promised progress photos and updates throughout the process, but I never received them despite repeatedly asking for months.
