Terrible customer service. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and spoke to customers in an unacceptable manner. Delays, poor communication, and issues with deposits made the experience even worse. I will not be returning
I paid a $1,000 deposit for my custom wedding dress in August 2025 and trusted this store with one of the most important parts of my wedding. From the beginning, I clearly explained what I wanted and specifically said I did not want lace. I was promised progress photos and updates throughout the process, but I never received them despite repeatedly asking for months.
