I happened to stumble into this salon because I was nearby, and they were kind enough to take me without an appointment—just a few minutes wait and I was in! HELEN did my blowout and she was fantastic—so polite, incredibly attentive to detail, and really took her time. Honestly one of the best blowouts I’ve had! I was super impressed and would absolutely recommend stopping in if you’re in the area!
Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and No Accountability I had a terrible experience at this salon. The color and cut were completely botched – uneven, poorly blended, and nothing like what I asked for. What’s worse is how the situation was handled. They refuse to take any responsibility, and their policy of “all sales are final” just shows they care more about money than their clients. I'm so happy with my experience at this salon, It's my second time here. They are friendly, very professional and Shania did an amazing job. She took the time to listen to what I want it, and she did it so good. Shania did my hair both times. Since I moved to Houston, I tried other places but this is where I'm going to get my hair done.
Gracy always does a great job, I’ve gone to her twice for my haircut and I’ve also recommended her to friends, she has years of experience and she’s always sweet, highly recommend.
