Can’t return your item and they do not notify you of that. They do not even respond to your emails and say they check it on a daily basis
The customer service is horrible. I had a problem with a placed order. On the website said 25% off everything and still say it on there. They didn’t honor it. I bought a dress with feathers they are all in the bag. I call, text, email no response!
