I have to be honest and say I am massively disappointed and quite angry with the Service from Glaisyers. We contacted Glaisyers one month prior to our move date to state we believed we still owed £1000 to settle the bill, we where told that this payment was covered with our mortgage and not to worry, we requested for them to double check this due to us having to budget and ensure we would be ok, again we where told go out and spend it on the house and enjoy it as everything is covered.
