Definitely the Best place on the mid north coast. Mum and the other residents are very well looked after All the nursing staff, cleaners, laundry, hospitality, entertainment, maintenance and management do such a great job. WELL DONE THANKS TO ALL AT GLACIA
I've worked in several agecare facilities, and this one is exceptional. Residents are the top priority, given plenty of time to eat and sleep, and treated with patience and kindness. The staff matches their pace to the residents', ensuring comfort. The manager is compassionate and responsive, creating a supportive environment. Overall, it's the best place to be.
Excellent support during recruitment and selection. Really good support from management. Wonderful people in terms of employees, especially the receptionist in her communication. A wonderful place to work.
