Super helpful and friendly! Dispatch and bus driver were nice and courteous, and picked me up on time and dropped me off on time, thank you so much for what you guys do!

On bus 17 today at 12:30 I got picked up lady was rude and drove very reckless almost hit a guy on parkway . this guy is always cleaning up the road has been for years she claims he was yelling at her when she drove passed but he didn't. She drives to fast we turned a corner and the bus felt like it was on two wheels . I know I will not get on a bus again if she's driving I think she should be fired.

God bless the drivers and the dispatch at Gladwin County Transit for kindly notifying me when they transported my grandfather to the hospital. I am so thankful for each of you. Here is a reminder that you do a wonderful job, you make a difference, you did the right thing and I appreciate you. ❤️

Absolutely trash they've left my kids on several occasions and never called they left me the other day after dropping my truck off at the shop, a half hour early and didn't have the decency to call to see when I'd be there sat for over a hour waiting for their mess up. Now I needed to go to get my truck from the shop and guess what the useless driver didn't just pass my house once she had to back up then drove passed again.
