Allen is the best help I've ever had with my taxes!! Completely recommend!
I don't recommend this accounting office. I asked Allen Walbert if he would take me on as a client. He said yes. All he did was file an extension for me. This was in March 2023. By May 1, 2023 still nothing had been done. I told Mr. Wabert I would be in Kansas City in May and could we meet to get the taxes taken care of. He said yes. He stood me up on our appointment for 3 days. While I was there I dropped a check off for $ 500.00. He has done nothing but cash the check. If I could give ZERO stars I would! This company is the worst tax service I have ever used! Allan has filed extensions for my taxes for no reason at all! He waits until the very last minute to file taxes making me wait until September. I call weekly for a status up date and he tell me that he is “working” on them however truly isn’t. Then he proceeds to tell me not to call his office and hangs up on me. I know other people that has used his services and they have the same problem. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Allen has helped me SO much I don't know what I'd do with out him !!!
