Attended 3 sessions here so far for neck/trap/upper back pain and these ladies have helped me so much, im always met with a smile and great chit chat during my appointments. Not only do they explain why and what is causing the issues and do the appropriate things needed in my sessions to help long term but they also provide a way of relieving pain at home with stretching and exercises which are simple and easy, I even find myself able to do some of these while at work without any issues. I struggled to walk into Gladstone Hands on Physiotherapy 5 weeks ago and I’m now back to full mobility. The practice is very well run, the staff friendly, welcome and happy to help. The treatment from Dr. Qurat-ul-ain and her excellent exercise advice has made all the difference and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
I’ve been Lucky enough to have my flexibility & range of movement returned after having the Lovely and skilled hands of Qurat help with my recovery.
Have been a client at Hands On Physio for a good 15 years. Will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.
