Attended 3 sessions here so far for neck/trap/upper back pain and these ladies have helped me so much, im always met with a smile and great chit chat during my appointments. I struggled to walk into Gladstone Hands on Physiotherapy 5 weeks ago and I’m now back to full mobility. The practice is very well run, the staff friendly, welcome and happy to help. The treatment from Dr. Qurat-ul-ain and her excellent exercise advice has made all the difference and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
I’ve been Lucky enough to have my flexibility & range of movement returned after having the Lovely and skilled hands of Qurat help with my recovery.
Have been a client at Hands On Physio for a good 15 years. Will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.
