I don’t know why they have a license and are allowed to operate. I’ve lived in a few countries but not experienced anything like this and it’s shocking they are in the uk. They work with the county court in Northampton which I think is in the same fraud ring as them and will send you court letters for parking tickets you don’t know about and will say “you can’t ask to see the evidence of the tickets” Absolute fraud. Don't deserve a 1 really. Ruthless with no concern for welfare of client, will leave you broke and offer no assistance, they just want there money with no offer of monthly installments . Vile company I wish I'd of gone with the claims guys.
Ruthless ! Awful unless gaining financially. Seems there is very little care around welfare just purely financial gain!
Extremely rude and intimidating customer service it's not available at all making threads and telling you that you don't have choices or rights...
