We bought a bike for our 4yo daughter. The service made it a really special and memorable experience. We wanted a gender neutral bike to allow it to be passed down to our son. They added a pretty basket, tassels and doll seat to customise it for our daughter. She’s obsessed. Really appreciate the wonderful service. Thank you we will be back
