Have been waiting for my delivery (authority to leave) as received email and txt saying it is out for delivery, it's now 6.51pm, when looking at the tracking map the truck has been at a house for two hours. Only get a one star for the ladies in the office who are always really nice.
Customer service from Glad Rock was absolutely outstanding. The staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to deal with, no long hold times or being bounced around between departments. What impressed me most was the level of communication and detail they provided. They gave me more accurate and up-to-date information about my package than the actual courier company handling the shipment from Sydney.
