Love this spa. I’ve been here many times and it’s always consistently good. The outdoor soaking tubs are lovely even on a cold snowy day. I’ll be back here again! Updated April 2025 - Bonnie at Glade Springs Spa is amazing for massage treatments, I highly recommend her!
Love this spa! Nestled in the Washington Cascades at Suncadia! The spa is gorgeous 🥰😍 and the nails, skin and massage therapists are all BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL!!
It’s clean, nice staff… but otherwise very underwhelming for the price. Limited amenities, especially since the women’s steam room was closed/broken. My mani/pedi were most disappointing, very small selection of gel colors, shoddy polish application, absolutely zero cuticle care, not even moisturizer for the hands. Wish I had read the reviews before I booked services here. The TL;DR is exactly what others have written - massively overpriced for the mediocre services provided, and the 20% gratuity “automatically added” was salt in the wound. I am a generous tipper, but I really don’t appreciate having it forced on me, and it seemed like they knew the services wouldn’t warrant a 20% tip, so they don’t give the customer the choice.
