If you’re thinking about opening an account here, be advised the culture from top down knows little or nothing about customer service I’ve been accused of trying to deposit a bogus check, after weeks of freezing my account get a call that I can now begin, absolutely no apology, also have never been greeted with a smile, fact is always asking first if I have an account then asked for account number I could go on , and if you would like more please feel free to contact me
If I could mark a -0, I would. This is the worse bank I've ever dealt with. 8 times I have requested a paper statement in the mail, in the last 6 months. What is so hard for them to put in the system to mail me my statement? Every time I call they will send it out after I call & ask where it's at. They said paper statements go out the 3rd. 5 days later....nothing.
