Had a fantastic massage with Patricia, she was so thorough and really helped address my problem areas and then some. It was the ultimate relaxation bliss!
Very relaxing and excellent technique. Especially after a day of skiing!! I have been a client for more than 5 years and have never been disappointed. I use it regularly and highly recommend a massage at the Spa.
Despite the masseur leaving the room twice, once to turn down the (not so good) guitar music that suddenly got louder, the massage was great! Having had 1,000's of massages, I was surprised to experience several new moves/strokes that felt very good. Then after waiting to pay (quite a bit) while she chatted with a friend on the phone, I tipped her for her expertise.
I wasn't able to get the service I booked. The big issue is that they tell you to be there 15 minutes early. Get there, place is locked with a not that says please wait. I wait outside of the spa door until 10 minutes after my appointment. Still have not met one staff member yet. I left. If I get any charges on my card, I'll will challenge it.
