If I could leave a zero review I would. My boyfriend who has been banking with glacier bank in Whitefish for 12 years went to this branch in Whitefish instead of the branch on Second Street and they had to verify beyond his driver's license, making calls. I wish you would have called the person who wrote his check also! Absolutely ridiculous, he has had an account, cashed checks from the same person with similar amounts. Double cashed checks (not sure how they allowed a 7,000.00 dollar check to be cashed by 2 different credit card companies), no they didn't realize they did it. I had to ask one of my credit card companies to return the funds and ask them why they weren't skeptical to have a 6k positive account balance. Fraudulent charges on my debit card they missed but flaged my purchases for fraud multiple times.(note: automation asking if this charge is authorized will automatically freeze account for fraud even if you say YES authorized.... read more
