Double cashed checks (not sure how they allowed a 7,000.00 dollar check to be cashed by 2 different credit card companies), no they didn't realize they did it. I had to ask one of my credit card companies to return the funds and ask them why they weren't skeptical to have a 6k positive account balance. Fraudulent charges on my debit card they missed but flaged my purchases for fraud multiple times.(note: automation asking if this charge is authorized will automatically freeze account for fraud even if you say YES authorized.... read more

Bank teller Amy shorted me $87 and change when I cashed five checks in the drive-through. At first she blamed the check reader, and then she said she noticed the check reader’s mistake and then fixed it wrong. She had to call to get the transaction canceled, and then she messed up the change again. It made my bank visit a bit longer than anticipated. Luckily I always do the math when I cash checks, for this exact reason.
