LOVE THIS BRANCH! they are always Treating people withthw upmost respect
This place is a joke. There online banking is always down and your card stops working randomly all the time. Went in to shut down the account and pull the little left in it out. (Less than $200). It took 3 employees 45 minutes, including a call to support to do that. Incompetence all around. Don't open an account with them.
How is overdrawn by $50 🥺 went to pay the $50 and ask them if they could lower the overdraft fee, they told me no I wasn't able to pay the $50 or the overdraft fees at that time 🤔 I was told that they would tell me how much I paid when it hit its limit so now I have $500 in overdraft fees only no I would not use glacier Bank, even their collections works for them so that it won't go down 🥺 Little bank wants to do big business so sad
