I have been incorporating cryotherapy into my self care for many years now. Glacial cryotherapy is a hidden gem for self-care in Lake Forest Park town center. I love that they have a diversity of options for sessions, and time to easily accommodate tailored sessions. Facility is clean and The staff is really awesome. I am up in that area frequently enough that even though their hours of operation are limited, I have not had any problem getting in on a weekly basis for ongoing care.

I went to Disneyland and walked 12 miles per day for 3 days. I made it through the marathon. I come weekly for the compression and cryotherapy treatments. I love it that I can walk and do stair... read more

I came in for cryotherapy as the other place I attended closed after a couple years. I bought a small package. It was great. I called for another appointment and was told they did not want me to return. I was told their insurance does not cover people like me.. I was barely 65., I have no health problems except the normal aches and pains. They said I could only come Monday-Friday (I worked I Everett) where they could “watch me” . Obviously I never went back. I couldn’t believe these owners. I have never been so humiliated an... read more

Love, love, love this place! The owner, Nicole, and her staff are all friendly and very helpful. They have lots of services to choose from, and are very reasonably priced. I sing their praises to everyone I know! Definitely recommend, and love supporting small, women owned businesses.
