I want to share a terrible experience I had with this company to warn others. The driver was scheduled to pick us up and had all the necessary flight information. We even texted him before our departure since our flight was early. He confirmed that he received the message—we have proof. When we arrived at LAX, he first claimed he was 20 minutes away, then said 30 minutes, only to later say he had to stop for an emergency to deliver a package.
