The delivery person is pleasant to deal with, willing to provide the service we need with no problems. Never had an issue with the company at all. I would recommend them.
Preston, who works our area, is fantastic! He is super personable and always upbeat. I have seen him on multiple occassions training new staff, and he does a great job at articulating their job duties and giving a tour of our building, so the new staff is aware of the rugs' locations. He is always asking if there is anything he can do better or any other products we need, especially around winter season. 5 stars for Preston!
