BEWARE, Grant has made a huge mess of my business taxes he is very unprofessional and now I'm late on everything and I'm still struggling to even file my income taxes because I have no idea what figures he even used. Grant was supposedly doing my husband's small business taxes for 2019 - he was following up with 2019's year end and our personal tax return items. He has all of our paperwork, and has not been in contact with us since March 11th. I've tried phone, email(s) and Facebook with no avail. At this time, our taxes have not been filed and our quarterly taxes are late. Grant has still yet to respond back to any of our points of contact, including that asking for a simple update. I have worked with Grant for 4 years now and the experience has been painless. I would recommend him to anyone that wanted there taxes done.
I had a VERY POOR experience with Grant. He was hired to balance my quick books online. He did this by creating rogue invoices and marking them as PAID, deleting invoices that were already closed, etc... VERY POOR communication. It was nearly impossible to get him to reply. He would NOT call and would seldom reply to emails that I KNOW he received because I can track and see each time the email is opened... Bottom line - STAY AWAY!
