DO NOT rent from Lucky - it will be a huge liability and maybe even ruin your week. When we picked up the vehicle, we noticed a lot of things wrong with it, but continued on because the car at least worked and we’re not ones to complain. The passenger sun visor was totally missing, one of the back seat head rests was broken and wouldn’t stay upright (so someone couldn’t use that seat - the head rest was laying down where your back would rest), and the CarPlay wasn’t working. Worst experience renting a vehicle I have ever had. Chloe blamed us for things we didn't do. Ended up having to book with another rental. Beware of this nonrefundable rental scam.
Fantastic Communication and coordination with Lucky, loved the vehicle and customer service. Nephew JR was a fantastic young man to work with when we dropped car off. Highly recommend and I will definitely use again. Thank you Lucky for making our time in Maui, Awesome!. “Mr. Rod”
