Worst med transportation I have used to date. Even with given location for pick up the driver went 3 blocks down amd demanded I walk after I told him it's the wrong pick up. The whole reason I'm relying on transportation is beach I can't walk. When I asked if he could come to the correct location he said Call someone else. Absolutely abhorrent behavior. I couldn't make it to my appointment because of this.
shittiest little company i wish i could leave no stars they will leave your client stranded and make them miss appts!!! care coordinators, social workers, patient navigators!!! do not choose this option for MAS!!!!
Update: 10/28/23 Phenomenal and outstanding always. I am so grateful for G&J! The best transportation company there is. Reliable, Safe and very friendly service. I have not one complaint! I will be using this company as long as I can. Thank you!!!
