Quality of driveshaft is excellent(although made incorrectly) communication efforts and customer service skills of this company is very poor. Update, got a call back after 2 weeks of no resolve for wrong yoke fitted, very passive aggressive business owner did not offer any resolve and told me good luck dealing with any other driveshaft company. Spend your hard earned elsewhere.
Quality of work was excellent, unfortunately their customer service was not. Despite booking our job in a month beforehand to ensure we had the shaft back by the date required, they took double the time they promised which caused us multiple issues. Disappointing as they came highly recommended.
Matt and the boys down there do a fantastic job at a good price too! Built many shafts for us as well as reconditioning old shafts. Definitely recommend Colin Bowen W M Waste management.
