Went in for a laser treatment with Natalie. After her analysis she recommended the Moxi laser instead of the one I signed up for. I am so grateful for her care and dedication to doing the best treatment for my skin. She wasn’t just trying to sell me something. Natalie wanted me to have the best experience and cared about me as a person. With my original choice I would have been at risk for horrible side effect due to my melasma. I received the outcome I wanted in a safe way. What a great experience!
I’m sure the doctors there are great- but the staff? Ridiculous. I explained and emailed my medical card multiple times. They told me to go somewhere in network when this office is in network and asked me , the patient, to call insurance for myself. Mind you I didn’t even have a chance yet to speak with the team on if the doctor could handle this case for me. They went straight to payment. This place is a joke, go elsewhere. Drive into Chicago, you’re better off..
At 65 years old after having lost a large amount of weight along with the natural aging process, I felt a need to address my appearance. I nervously called Faces Medspa and spoke at great length to a knowledgeable and professional receptionist. She was so great at easing my anxiety and answered a multitude of questions. My skin has never looked so good! Seriously. I should have booked this before Thanksgiving so I could have blown away all my in-laws with my glowing skin. The biggest compliment I got, was from my far cuter, trendier, younger sister: “holy s*** your skin looks like it’s from a baby”. Maddie was wonderful and it was a luxurious process. I will send all my friends here and worst enemies far away so they can never look as good as me Thank you!!
I had a hydrafacial with Madi and I am so happy with how soft and glowy my skin feels! Madi was so sweet and told me about all the steps during the process and what each step would do to my skin. I was so happy with the results and will be booking with her again!
