Terrible customer service continues. Owner hung-up on me when I asked for a refund after I RETURNED the product. I am out $454 and NO blanket. Prides himself on good customer service? If you CARED about your "wonderful reputation," you would re-send me the blanket like any reputable company would do. Absolutely terrible and shameful work you're doing. 1) Sent blanket to wrong address 2) Finally received blanket and it didn't work. 3) Sent it back, did not refund my money.
