Unfortunately, I have to echo a number of themes from recent reviews. This firm handled my mum’s park home sale last month, and they were dreadful from start to finish. There are three key themes. The conveyancing team are dreadful. 4.5 months in for a simple request instructed in November. Ignored, excuse after excuse from Chelsea for the delays then silence. Will not be using again. The reviews 3-4 years ago are very different from recent.
