If I could, I would leave a negative review. The attitude is negligent, although they smile in your face. I simply couldn't get a power of attorney certified by them. I waited a week for an appointment. I came, called, and they answered wait. In the end, I went to another company and they did it for me in 15 minutes. I don't recommend it.
This review is not a difficult one to submit. Please understand that the situations I am about to describe are my opinions on how things went and had been either ignored or dealt with. Please, also allow me to apologize for how lengthy these opinions go on for, but I had a few ;-) The facts around my representation with this law firm seemed, to me, so disorganized, and as far as I believe, and my experience has led me to conclude, possibly, "derelict." Michele Grant has been a godsend in my efforts to deal with my ex-husband’s estate in Newfoundland. Though it was a resealing of a grant of administration first granted in Alberta, his primary residence, I had nothing but trouble in trying to get representation in Newfoundland from British Columbia (my primary residence) until Michele became involved.
