The worst! Don’t have a clear route is ridiculous
GISD hands down takes the crown for having the worst transportation operators. They’re unhelpful and always seem to be in a bad mood. The supervisors talk to people as if they’re children, and overall, they’re very unprofessional
GISD TRANSPORTATION DOESN’T CARE FOR YOUR KIDS SAFETY! I CALLED ABOUT MY DAUGHTER WALKING HOME SHE HAS TO CROSS A BUSY STREET, YES IS CLOSE BUT STILL A WALKING DISTANCE FROM OUT HOUSE. SOME DAYS I HAVE SOMEONE OUT THERE WAITING SOME DAYS I DO NOT. THE LADY ON PHONE SAID, “SHE IS IN THE 3RD GRADE.” PRETTY MUCH SAYING SHE IS OLD ENOUGH TO WALK BY HER SELF HOME. WOW! SHE IS STILL A CHILD!! SOME SCHOOLS ARE GREAT HERE BUT TRANSPORTATION HORRIBLE!!

Currently on hold for 40 minutes now. School started two days ago , was sent bus transportation info July 8 asking us to fill out a form, filled form out recd an email stating congratulations transportation confirmed. Never heard anything back with bus info. Been calling for a week and emailing them no response. Finally spoke to a “ route supervisor “ today who was extremely rude tells me there’s no bus route in my area!! And the only way to get transportation is to change my child school.
