They never answer phones. And when they do they are rude
Yes, the busfinder app is not always reliable, but the app is not the transportation department! The actual people in the department have always been amazing for me! They answer the phone or return calls if I leave a voicemail. They answer emails in a timely manner. I've used the dispatch and been given timely, accurate information. They are short on bus drivers so there are delays, but the current employees work very hard.
