My experience at the Leongatha Clinic-Made to do exercises that made my wrist issue worse. She didn't check my xray or ultrasound, just went straight to using dumbbells when xray showed bone on bone. I think someone needs to be retrained. I'm now in a full brace. Also that clinic is dirty at front reception & the chair she was using in the room needed replacing. First impressions weren't great & the hand therapy was worse.
Ally is fantastic! She listens, prescribes appropriate exercises and helps develop a personalised pilates program.
Ally is hands down the best in the area. Extremely knowledgeable, highly professional, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Couldn’t recommend her more highly.
