I am extremely dissatisfied with the kitchen cabinets I purchased. The quality is subpar, and the customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful. The cabinets arrived with scratches, dents, and uneven finishes. The doors don't align properly, and the drawers are difficult to open and close. After a brief discussion with Giovanni, I was convinced that refacing our existing kitchen cabinets was the best alternative. We scoped out the effort and the project was soon underway. Giovanni and his team were on time everyday during the renovation, very respectful of our home and the overall result is amazing. Our kitchen looks brand new! Do not hire this guy! Shows up whenever, cabinets are the worst material and painting, they have marks, wear, and paint flaking after a few months. Lots of excuses and talks to his customers in a completely disrespectful manner.
