Gio was easy to talk with, very responsive, and knowledgeable. We felt like he was always very straightforward and did his best to provide us with all the information we needed. He and our realtor Martin Morales worked great together and that collaboration made the process very smooth for us and did not require a lot of back and forth between them, we were always included in the conversation and they were all super transparent. Would highly recommend him and his team.
