My experience with Giorgio USA was very professional and friendly. First of all, the product speaks for itself. I was immediately interested by the display furniture collection with beautiful details. Secondly, the service was really outstanding. I was look after by the store manager and he is a very kind and helpful. Good advice and service throughout the entire journey: from payment to delivery. Giorgio was absolutely fantastic towards me and my family when we visited the showroom in NYC. We came back home and decided what furniture to buy, we made an order over the phone which went very smoothly. Especially the low deposit to make things easier. Furniture all delivered to our new home during the latter part of March by two of the very best, courteous delivery men we have ever met, they were totally Phenomenal throughout the time they spent with us putting the furniture in place. Amazing selection and quality. Could not be happier with my experience. The sales selection was very helpful. Roberto offered to help us with our space plan for no charge, and they even came to our apartment. Would recommend to anyone looking for high end, long-lasting furniture.
