Great massage and facial services!
I purchased a Groupon for Ginza spa as a gift for a friend. She tried to get ahold of the spa on multiple occasions to book the appointment as instructed on the voucher, however when she finally got in touch with the owner, she was told “she doesn’t use Groupon anymore because she’s established now.” The Groupon was well within the use dates. This business owner is very unprofessional and I hope she figures out how to treat people.
Not a legitimate business. Tried to book a massage twice. This is an obvious front.

Unprofessional!! I bought two Groupons for massages and gifted one for my mom. We were looking forward to doing business here. My mom called to make an appointment with her and she answered saying, "Yeah" with an attitude. She didn't announce herself or her business. First red flag! Then my mom proceeds to let her know that she was gifted a Groupon and would like to schedule an appointment for a massage.
