I have been a patient of Dr. Barclays for years. He’s fabulous but this company is now only in it to make money. Customer service is horrible. It’s a shame you can’t just see your eye doctor over a vision concern without going through all the eye exams AGAIN even though i was just there 2 months before. I won’t be back

The eye exam part gets 5 stars but I would not recommend getting you glasses here. They quoted me one price and I paid in full just for them to send me a bill for $78 more a few months later. I took my boyfriend to get his glasses here before they billed me for more and they ordered him the wrong frames and tried to charge him more to get the ones he actually wanted.
I came in because I was having problems with my new contacts and Evie at the location on 82nd helped me so much. She was so professional and kind, she explained everything in a way that I totally understood and just took the time with me to make sure she answered all my questions. She was excellent!!!!!!
