After a hellacious experience at Stanton Optical, the team really went above and beyond to help us out in getting seen. Ashley G really took the time to take care of us in helping us get seen as quick as possible. Dr. Barclay was wonderful as well as quick! Bait and switch. Needed new contacts. Called and asked for a full breakdown of the costs. Was told with my insurance, there was a $10 co-pay, a $130 insurance allowance toward contacts, and an optional $40 fee if I wanted the image taken of the back of my eyes. Get to the end and all the sudden there is a convenient $130 fee on top of my exam fee for the doctor to complete my exam. Making for a total of 3 different EXAM charges.
