Kind and helpful staffs.. They both helped me well explained about manual of the foot massager i bought.. But the new Mickey mouse foot massager i received actually doesn't fit my small sized feet.. It caused painful when the airbag compressed my feet even in the lowest level mode.. They said because it's new.. By times it will become less compressed.. Really? But it's so disappointing cannot exchange with other types after i' ve spent rm1.2k for the combo set..
