We are extremely disappointed with our purchase of the Gintell S9 Super Chair (RM19,988). The item we received was dirty and contaminated with visible signs of rodent droppings and damage to the packaging. Despite returning the product and submitting multiple complaints since 6 November 2025, Gintell has yet to issue a refund.
