Helpful, friendly and effective
I highly recommend Dr Chow, he has been treating me for years to improve my health. He is extremely skilled, patience and kind. Always helps me to understand a diagnosis by explaining it clearly and concisely.
Absolutely disgusting. This business takes advantage of elderly and vulnerable patients. Expect to pay several hundreds of dollars WITH a basic consultation. Beware, this company does not provide any receipts despite the requests. Followed up the next day in person myself for a receipt to understand why my elderly mother was charged over $500 and was rudely turned away. It is actually Illegal not to provide receipts upon requests in Australia. Please check with the ACCC.
1. The medicine here is extremely overpriced—about three times more expensive than at other shops. The items I bought were not Chinese herbs so the price hike has no justification. 2. They didn’t provide a receipt unless I specifically asked, and even then, they said they can only provide a handwritten note showing just the total amount, with no breakdown of individual prices. Greatly overpriced, far exceeding the cost of similar-quality Chinese medicines(even the brand name is the same). We purchased $1,000 worth of products and weren’t even provided a receipt.
