Went to GinSen on my last visit to London to help address some muscle discomfort after a long haul flight. This is not real Chinese medicine. A proper, qualified Chinese doctor will asses you every week - pulse, tongue, symptoms and adjust your bespoke medicine accordingly. This does not happen here. Unlike this clinic, a good Chinese doctor will not sell you month-long packages or tell you to take multiple pre-made formulas at once. Disappointing Experience with One Practitioner I visited Ginsen Kensington on January 30th this year, unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the older lady who performed my acupuncture. She came across as quite rude and unprofessional. There was no explanation of the process, she simply inserted a few needles without saying much, then left the room without a word and returned 30 minutes later to remove them.
