I've been trying to give this company the benefit of the doubt for over 6 years now. I've order multiple children's monogram boxes from them and without fail have had major issues every single time. From never receiving the boxes, to never hearing back from customer service, to receiving damaged, dirty, stained and missing items. I will never shop here again. Placed an online order and did not receive an update for a week. Called for the next four days and no answer. Drove up to the store and was advised the number on Google and their website is incorrect and is a known probelm and they were unsure when my order would be ready. Take a little initiative and update your advertised number to improve the customer experience.

This store is horrible I’ve been trying to cancel my subscriptions for 2 years and I’ve had my bank take action and I still get charged somehow! I’ve lost so much weight nothing they send fits I went from XL to a small’ it would be nice to talk to someone

Horrible customer service when it comes to subscription service! I cancelled my subscription and they are still charging my card months later. I can’t get a human on the phone let alone to answer an email. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!
