This was the worse experience I have ever encountered getting a massage. I will always tip when service providers go above and beyond - during my couples massage, one dude had a stuffy nose and he seemed sick which was not relaxing lol it was annoying and I felt so stressed for my guy. Went with my GF to get a massage and since we walk in, the guy at the front gave us attitude and also to other costumers. The massage wasn't the best, way below my expectations. Left a 15% tip at the bed were we got the massage. When I went to the front to pay extra for the hot stones, the ladies came out demanding more tip because according to them, they deserve more. I didn't wanted to be rude and end up leaving 25% tip for the low quality massage. NEVER GOING BACK!
Please listen to other reviews!! My partner and I wanted a massage. So I called in they had availability which was great. When we went in the front desk guy had a bit of a snappy attitude. I purchased from Groupon as a birthday gift to myself and had a 11:00 am appointment. I walked in and was told that his the client before me was a half hr late and that I would have to wait. I said no as I already had my day planned out and it’s no fault of mine the person before me was late. Mind you the individual I spoke to was hard to understand and I just wanted to get out. Came in to get cupping with my girlfriend for anniversary. Everything was fine and cupping was solid. But me and my girlfriend get talking about the experience and she says I probably didn’t like it. I didn’t know what she was talking about and she says the therapist and receptionist (older man) was massaging on her butt and thighs.
