Poor customer service experience after sending an item for return. Was promised a credit refund directly to my account after ordering a replacement item before it was out of stock. Initially communication with customer support was prompt and helpful. The return parcel was lost by Aus post and now there is no further communication from Gingham and heels.
I have only shopped online & I love it. Fast delivery with great customer service, I have not had any issues. Would definitely recommend.
Nothing but great experiences with Gingham & Heels - smoot and effortless ordering process with fast delivery and quality products! Loving the sizing details as well.
Would be good if they communicated to their customers at least through their facebook page the store is no longer open in Robina, went up today to change a dress shop no longer there.
Buyer beware - they do not refund for dresses that do not fit properly. The quality is rubbish and guarantee you will be sending them back.
