Very disappointing experience. I bought two planters and was told I could exchange one if it didn’t work for my place. At no point did anyone mention a 24-hour exchange policy. When I followed up just a few days later, they refused to exchange it and claimed there was a 24-hour limit — something I was never told. I only received my receipt several days after the purchase( by text ), which makes such a short exchange policy completely unrealistic. We had bought a presale condo and only had the developer’s floor plan. Gingerjar senior sales consultant informed that it would take 3-6 months for furniture to arrive from Italy. We found a Calligaris table at Gingerjar that we loved however we shared with the staff that were concerned that it may be too big. We watched the sales person take the schematic to her onsite design consultants and she informed us that it yes it would fit. We purchased the table and 8 chairs totalling $24,000.
