Very disappointing experience. I bought two planters and was told I could exchange one if it didn’t work for my place. At no point did anyone mention a 24-hour exchange policy. When I followed up just a few days later, they refused to exchange it and claimed there was a 24-hour limit — something I was never told. We had bought a presale condo and only had the developer’s floor plan. Gingerjar senior sales consultant informed that it would take 3-6 months for furniture to arrive from Italy. We found a Calligaris table at Gingerjar that we loved however we shared with the staff that were concerned that it may be too big. We watched the sales person take the schematic to her onsite design consultants and she informed us that it yes it would fit. We purchased the table and 8 chairs totalling $24,000. I would leave a zero but that was not an option. In summary, we believe we were negligently and materially mislead by a salesperson on the condition of a sideboard we purchased. Specifically, this piece had a noticeably misaligned door which according to a comment overheard from their warehouse personnel and in opposition to what we were led to believe during the time of sale, they knew could not be adjusted.
