Gina did not not show up to our scheduled appointment, nor picked up the phone when I called to let her know I am waiting at the door. Three hours later she texted me and lied that her phone calls don’t go through and that my appointment is for next week. She added that her other patient confirmed their appointment today and that’s why she didn’t call me. Gina is absolutely amazing! She has been helping me through a very traumatic time. From anxiety issues, loss and the grieving process. She listens. Shes very knowledgeable. And shes very very honest. Something i truly appreciate. Her office is calming and relaxing. I always feel like a weight is lifted when i leave.
